Terms & Conditions

Orders

All orders begin as a WhatsApp conversation. An order is confirmed only once specification, price and delivery have been agreed in writing with our team.

Pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative and may change with willow grade, availability and customisation. The price confirmed on WhatsApp is the price that applies.

Custom builds

Custom-built equipment is made to your specification and cannot be returned once work has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Natural materials

Willow and leather are natural materials. Grain count, colour and small surface marks vary between items and are not defects.

Care

Bats must be knocked in and oiled as advised before use. Damage arising from insufficient preparation or use against unsuitable balls is not covered.
